The Okidata B4600N is a networked monochrome printer that delivers crisp black and white prints at a speed of 27 pages per minute. The B4600N features a 2400 x 600 dpi print resolution, a 40,000 page monthly duty cycle, a 250 sheet input tray and a separate toner and drum configuration to lower operating costs. The Oki B4600N has a compact size and durable design that is ideal for any small workgroup or home office.

If you are printing on photo paper, make sure you have set the printer to this setting and have not left it on the regular printer setting.
If you are not getting the results you expect, don't give up on your printer until you manually set the driver for the paper that you are using.
Pages per minute (ppm) is the average print speed for black and white pages only. Actual speed may be different based on the amount of graphics on each page.

Reviews

After installing a printer, go to the Windows dialog box and check the settings, so you won't be surprised by what happens the first time you print.
Most printers will beep once or twice during or after initialization. If it beeps more than that or beeps constantly, it is telling you that something is wrong. Most printers beep when out of paper or out of ink.
Your ink is not going onto the paper properly or you notice uneven coverage? Try aligning the print heads before you bring out the big guns.
