Service installable. Allows for documents to be stored in the FAX 5510L/NF memory and retrieved by remote callers. A call is placed from phone attached to callers fax unit, a document number(s) is entered via the phone for the required document and then start is pressed on the calling fax unit. The FAX5510L/NF will then transmit the requested documents. Cannot be used with Feature Expander Type.

The best way to store paper for copying is in its wrapper. This will prevent it absorbing moisture from the air which would make it damp.
Look out for a copier with an Energy Saving mode which will hibernate into a “sleep” mode when not being used, in order to save electricity.
Use the zoom feature to enlarge or reduce copies for when you need part of a document or want to change the size of the document.
