The best way to store paper for copying is in its wrapper. This will prevent it absorbing moisture from the air which would make it damp.
What is a duplexer? A feature allowing your copier to print on both sides of the paper.
Will you be making lots of copies? Consider looking out for a large capacity paper tray which should be able to hold approximately 1000 sheets of paper.
