Using good quality paper, which is not damp, crumpled or bent, will prevent jams in your printer or copier.
Will you be making lots of copies? Consider looking out for a large capacity paper tray which should be able to hold approximately 1000 sheets of paper.
Make sure to include a stapling option if you need stapled copies.
