The imageRUNNER ADVANCE C5240 model delivers output speeds of up to 40 ppm in black-and-white and 35 ppm in color, and scanning at speeds of up to 51 ipm. Other features include a faster warm up time, a smaller and faster document feeder, a quieter design for the finishers, Searchable PDF creation, the ability to scan to newer Office Word (.docx) and PowerPoint (.pptx) formats. It can alsohave a customized wallpaper, which is perfect for company logos. It also features a more standard HDD security features. With the imageRUNNER ADVANCE C5240 model, there's a dramatically better way to work.

The best way to store paper for copying is in its wrapper. This will prevent it absorbing moisture from the air which would make it damp.
A standard tray in a copier can hold up to 50 – 100 sheets of paper at once.
