This means that you are able to purchase a HP Maintenance Kit at an even greater discount and in exchange, you agree to send us your used fuser assembly. We provide you with an addressed return label and an RMA number with the purchase of your HP maintenance Kit. A prepaid shipping label can be provided upon request at an additional fee. After carefully packing your core return, place the pre addressed return label on the outside of the box. The RMA number also must be clearly visible on the outside of the box. Once the core return is received at our PA warehouse, we will credit the core to your account.

  • When power is applied, you should hear the print mechanism initialize and most printers have at least one light which will be illuminated when it is on.

  • Your printer is not a dumping ground. Don't pile documents or other things on top of it, as they could cause damage. Your printer could overheat and this could result in malfunctioning and even a reduction in the printer's life.

  • Preview and proofread your documents on the screen before sending them to print. This will save you a lot of paper and re-printing.
