This means that you are able to purchase a HP Maintenance Kit at an even greater discount and in exchange, you agree to send us your used fuser assembly. We provide you with an addressed return label and an RMA number with the purchase of your HP maintenance Kit. A prepaid shipping label can be provided upon request at an additional fee. After carefully packing your core return, place the pre addressed return label on the outside of the box. The RMA number also must be clearly visible on the outside of the box. Once the core return is received at our PA warehouse, we will credit the core to your account. |

Make sure to keep your printer up to date by downloading drivers and patches from the manufacturer's site. Most manufacturers provide driver updates for their units which include patches that add fonts or fix incompatibilities.
Are your printer nozzles getting clogged? Try adding a humidifier to the room where you keep your printer.
Most printers will beep once or twice during or after initialization. If it beeps more than that or beeps constantly, it is telling you that something is wrong. Most printers beep when out of paper or out of ink.
