Regular use of HP Maintenance kits will protect your printer investment by maximizing your printer’s performance while minimizing down time.  The purchase of an HP LaserJet Maintenance kit provides considerable savings compared to purchasing each individual part separately. Maintenance kits typically include a fuser assembly, transfer roll and pickup roller or feed/separation rollers.  Contact our technical support team for free assistance with any installation or content questions.

Manufacturer OEM Kit Contains:

 Part  Description
 RM1-0354  Fuser Assembly
 RM1-0343  Transfer Roller Assembly
 RB2-6304  Pickup Roller Assembly
RC1-0945  MP Pickup Roller, Tray 1

To bring you even greater savings, many of our HP Maintenance Kits can be purchased on exchange. This means that you are able to purchase a HP Maintenance Kit at an even greater discount and in exchange, you agree to send us your used fuser assembly. We provide you with an addressed return label and an RMA number with the purchase of your HP maintenance Kit. A prepaid shipping label can be provided upon request at an additional fee. After carefully packing your core return, place the pre addressed return label on the outside of the box. The RMA number also must be clearly visible on the outside of the box. Once the core return is received at our PA warehouse, we will credit the core to your account.

  • Be sure that you are printing on the 'right' side of the paper - that is - the coated side.

  • Are your printer nozzles getting clogged? Try adding a humidifier to the room where you keep your printer.

  • Preview and proofread your documents on the screen before sending them to print. This will save you a lot of paper and re-printing.
