The B2500 Series MFP from OKI Printing Solutions combines mono (black & white) printing and copying, network printing, analog (Available only on the B2520 and B2540 MFP's) and LAN faxing, color scanning and scan-to-email. Scan to and print from a USB Flash drive
Have a document you need to scan quickly and transport as a digital file? Simply insert a USB Flash drive into the USB port conveniently located on the front of the B2500 Series MFP's or platen glass (B2500). Scan it as a black & white or color PDF, save it to the Flash drive and you’re on your way in seconds.
The B2500 Series MFP's also let you print select file formats directly from the USB Flash drive without the need for a PC.
Document management made easy
Among the utilities that come standard with the B2500 Series MFP's is PaperPort® by Nuance®. This industry-leading, award-winning software will enable you to easily organize your scanned files, further enhancing your productivity. With its user-friendly, thumbnail-based interface, PaperPort lets you take any PC file, image or scanned document, save it in a PDF format, and quickly make it available for archiving or sharing.

When buying a fax machine, make sure not to pay more for a fax machine that has functions you don’t actually require.
Having issues with your paper feeder? Clean the document feed rollers and pad with a rag and water or light window cleaner.
When sending dark pages via fax, check the density setting, to ensure the recipient will not receive a document which is too dark to decipher.
