Having issues with your paper feeder? Clean the document feed rollers and pad with a rag and water or light window cleaner.
When receiving an important piece of paper, it is office etiquette to let the sender know that you received the fax.
Since faxes are not usually "print quality" you may want to consider using cheaper paper than you use in your printers and copiers.
