Overview:

The imageCLASS MF7470 - a step up from the basic MF7460 model - enables full network connectivity for all MFP functions - print, fax and scan - making the device an excellent solution for multiple personnel offices. The MF7470 also has the ability to perform network printing with both PCL5 and PCL6 support. The MF7470 model adds the ability to perform scanning over the network enabling you to generate files in JPEG, TIFF and PDF formats. A large amount of paper can conveniently be utilized from either front-loading paper cassettes or the multipurpose tray.  

The imageCLASS MF7470 has full duplexing functionality for copy, print and fax. This unit increases productivity and cost-efficiency with the built-in Ethernet port for networking. Share printing and faxing directly from a PC. Canon's Single Cartridge System requires only one cartridge containing both the toner and drum unit, and is user replaceable.

• Speedy copying/printing, at up 25 pages per minute, handles the demands of work. The high print speed, for high-quality letter-size documents, keeps up with heavy workloads. This workhorse handles up to 50,000 pages per month.

• Dual 250-sheet paper trays keep you productive. There are 2 front-loading paper cassettes for copying and printing. There's also an 80-sheet multipurpose tray that can handle a variety of sizes and types of paper, transparencies, labels or envelopes for special projects.

• Network connectivity lets you share resources efficiently. The built-in 10/100 Ethernet connectivity lets everyone on your network share one machine for printing, PC faxing and scanning. USB 2.0 connectivity allows a direct computer connection, compatible with Windows 98/Me/2000/XP/Vista and Mac OS X 10.2.8 and later.

• Flexible input/output puts you in control. You can copy documents up to 11" x 17", single- or double-sided, using the platen or the auto document feeder. Zoom from 50% to 200% in 1% increments.
