It was easy to conclude my transaction. Unfortunately, I was not able to speak with anyone with my questions. I have had this same printer since 2012 and it has functioned properly, is quite small and fits in my desk cabinet. It got paper jammed in it last night. I removed all the paper replaced the toner and it will not feed the paper without crimping up at the fuser. I wanted to ask if this company can repair the one I have as a spare and if there is a shipping charge as the website indicates free shipping is available. The business must be closed today. Company owner contacted me and answered all my questions and said I would receive the printer in approx. 7-days.
