Returns
Most items can be returned within 30 days under our 30-Day Return Policy. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be requested before anything is sent back, and some items and charges are excluded.

Manufacturer warranty terms vary by product and condition. The coverage that applies to an item is the coverage stated on that product page or in the manufacturer’s documentation — contact us and we will confirm it for a specific model before you buy.
Service contracts are required for commercial copiers service issues; consumer models generally include a manufacturer’s warranty for up to one year. Please contact us for more information.
