Many people would never consider buying refurbished products an option. They just won’t hear of it, and cannot understand why anyone else does!
Others, do consider it time and time again, but the idea of it is too daunting. They’re too unsure whether it’s safe and worth it, or if it’s just plain silly.
And then there are the third type – those who are happily buying refurbished products, no problem.

I’ve always been one of those who never dared purchase a reconditioned item. I was worried it would arrive covered in someone else’s mothballs and also worried that reconditioned products carried no warranty. Recently I needed to replace an expensive piece of office equipment and saw how substantially cheaper it was in its re-conditioned form. I was amazed at how clean and brand new it looked upon arrival and it did occur to me that it was running at its optimum due to the testing carried out on it. Just one question, is it possible to tell whether a product is actually second hand or if it’s just a show piece or demo?
