Be careful not to shake, or move your projector intensely, especially when it is on. Projectors are sensitive to these types of movements and may get damaged.
Make sure that you clean the filters or your projector regularly. Many projectors will alert you to do so based upon usage hours. However, if your projector is in a dusty environment, you may want to clean the filters more often.
The projector lamp enclosure and glass are fragile, so be sure to consult the manual before you install or change the lamp yourself.
