Kit recommended replacement at 200,000 pages at 5% coverage.

Regular use of HP Maintenance kits will protect your printer investment by maximizing your printer’s performance while minimizing down time.  The purchase of an HP LaserJet Maintenance kit provides considerable savings compared to purchasing each individual part separately. Maintenance kits typically include a fuser assembly, transfer roll and pickup roller or feed/separation rollers.  Contact our technical support team for free assistance with any installation or content questions.

To bring you even greater savings, many of our HP Maintenance Kits can be purchased on exchange. This means that you are able to purchase a HP Maintenance Kit at an even greater discount and in exchange, you agree to send us your used fuser assembly. We provide you with an addressed return label and an RMA number with the purchase of your HP maintenance Kit. A prepaid shipping label can be provided upon request at an additional fee. After carefully packing your core return, place the pre addressed return label on the outside of the box. The RMA number also must be clearly visible on the outside of the box. Once the core return is received at our PA warehouse, we will credit the core to your account.

  • If you are not getting the results you expect, don't give up on your printer until you manually set the driver for the paper that you are using.

  • Media settings on your printer determine how much ink will be used. Thinly coated glossy films require less ink, while plain paper soaks in more.

  • Are your printer nozzles getting clogged? Try adding a humidifier to the room where you keep your printer.
