Quick Tips
- Printer not working? Be sure the paper is installed correctly and there is enough of it
- You are trying to print something and the printer feeds in the whole paper stack rather than just one piece at a time?! Firstly, make sure you fan the paper before putting it in the printer feed tray to help separate the sheets. Also, be sure to store your paper in a cool, dry place as humidity can contribute to this pesky problem
- If you see smearing immediately after changing a cartridge, remove the cartridge and check that the protective tape over the nozzles is completely removed
- This helps because most manufacturers provide driver updates for their units and these include patches that add fonts or fix incompatibilities
