Quick Tips

• Set your printer for the proper paper type and weight. Fine art papers are heavier than ordinary inkjet or bond papers. If possible, set the printer to thicker paper settings, or use the 'envelope' setting
• Don't be in a rush with your printer as you can easily damage a printer or even get hurt, if you do not follow instructions in the user manual
• Printer not working? The printer memory could be full and not getting prints or the prints may be stuck in the print queue. Turn-off the printer, wait a few seconds and turn it back on
• To minimize unnecessary software, look for a Custom option when you install your printer, and then pick just the software you want to install - the minimum requirement being the driver itself
