Quick Tips
- You are trying to print something and the printer feeds in the whole paper stack rather than just one piece at a time?! Firstly, make sure you fan the paper before putting it in the printer feed tray to help separate the sheets. Also, be sure to store your paper in a cool, dry place as humidity can contribute to this pesky problem
- So you have just installed a new printer ink cartridge but your documents are coming out blank?! Make sure you have completely removed the little sticker from the ink cartridge before installing it. If it is removed, run the clean print head function on your printer to make sure all air bubbles are removed. Whatever you do, do not remove the cartridge once it hass been installed!
- Printer not working? Check if the heads of the toners are clean or not. They must be cleaned periodically
- The paper you print on can make a real difference to how your output looks. All other things being equal, whiter, brighter paper makes text and line graphics crisper and colors more vibrant
