The Ricoh SP 5300DNG is a TAA compliant, monochrome desk top printer that will deliver high quality output in as fast as 52 pages per minute. With a resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi, the SP 5300DNG will produce sharp images and precise text, with its first print out in less than 6 seconds. The SP 5300 has a monthly volume of 16600 prints and an expandable paper capacity up to 2600 sheets. Maximize productivity with the adjustable front loading design that allows changing paper stock easily.   • Tight on office space? Consider buying a machine with networking capabilities which will allow multiple users to use one printer.

  • What is dpi? Dpi is used to describe the resolution number of dots per inch in a digital print. The higher the numbers, the more detailed the print image is.

  • Printer not working? The printer memory could be full and not getting prints or the prints may be stuck in the print queue. Turn-off the printer, wait a few seconds and turn it back on.
