Quick Tips

• To save paper and ink, only print the pages you need of your document.
• A Document Feeder allows you to copy multiple pages in one go, through the feeder, without having to lift the lid and copy each page separately.
• The sorter on a copier will organize your multiple page document – by either collating or separating.
• Copiers can take up a large amount of office space. Make sure you measure the room you intend to use the copier in and check it will fit properly.
