This means that you are able to purchase a HP Maintenance Kit at an even greater discount and in exchange, you agree to send us your used fuser assembly. We provide you with an addressed return label and an RMA number with the purchase of your HP maintenance Kit. A prepaid shipping label can be provided upon request at an additional fee. After carefully packing your core return, place the pre addressed return label on the outside of the box. The RMA number also must be clearly visible on the outside of the box. Once the core return is received at our PA warehouse, we will credit the core to your account.

  • Preview and proofread your documents on the screen before sending them to print. This will save you a lot of paper and re-printing.

  • It is always better to use original branded ink cartridges to reduce chances of clogging, leaking and bleeding.

  • Getting blank pages after you installed a new cartridge? Check that the sticker from the cartridge was properly removed. Alternatively, run the clean print head function to make sure all air bubbles are removed. Do not remove the cartridge once it has been installed.
