Quick Tips
- Zoom feature enables you to enlarge and reduce copies. This is very useful when you only need part of a piece of paper or when you’re going from one size paper to another
- Paper jam?! The best way to remove a paper jam is to gently pull the paper in the direction of the paper path - with power off, of course! Whatever you do, do not pull the paper backwards - you could damage your printer forever by doing so!
- Printer not working? Check if the heads of the toners are clean or not. They must be cleaned periodically
- Out of a color cartridge? Many, (but, unfortunately, not all) printer drivers include an option to print using black only, or equivalent options to override the refusal to print
