Quick Tips

• Paper jam?! The best way to remove a paper jam is to gently pull the paper in the direction of the paper path - with power off, of course! Whatever you do, do not pull the paper backwards - you could damage your printer forever by doing so!
• Use paper types manufactured specifically for your printer. Make sure to select the correct paper type for your print job!
• When power is applied, you should hear the print mechanism initialize and most printers have at least one light which will be illuminated when it is on
• Printer not working? Check that the ink and toner are there and properly filled
