Quick Tips
- Position your laser printer on a sturdy and level surface, allowing enough space around the printer for air flow
- When power is applied, you should hear the print mechanism initialize and most printers have at least one light which will be illuminated when it is on
- Select the proper location to place your laser printer. A properly ventilated area where temperature and humidity do not change frequently is best. Try to avoid areas with heavy dust buildup
- If you see smearing immediately after changing a cartridge, remove the cartridge and check that the protective tape over the nozzles is completely removed
