Hi Kevin,
just wanted to let you know that we got our copier up and running and are very happy with it.

I We had a problem with a circuit board which they repaired the same day that I called.

Anyway, I don’t know how often you hear back from people about being happy with a purchase so I just wanted to let you know that we definitely are! Thank you for everything and have a great Hanukkah or Christmas...or both!!!

I spent 18 years in the computer, printer, and network technician field, before I became the customer service manager at Gutter Helmet. I write this letter to express my complete satisfaction with my purchasing experience with your Company. As you know, we are a small engineering firm that has been in business for over 20 years. During that time we have purchased a significant amount of office equipment using traditional methods. We always dealt with a large, factory-owned, distributer of office machines to buy our faxes, copiers, toner, and equipment service. When we needed to upgrade our office infrastructure we contacted this company, as usual. Their salesman offered us a package that included the machine we wanted and service that totaled over $6000 during the term of the contract. When I told him that our firm did not require such an extensive contract, but just wanted to purchase the equipment outright he quoted us $2700 for the unit. Initially, I thought this was reasonable, as I enjoyed the “security” of dealing with a large local company with on-demand service. However, when he described the method of delivery as shipped direct from the “warehouse” via UPS with no set-up, hook up, and start-up support, I thought otherwise. After an internet search I found your Company. At first I was skeptical about the price ($1124) and after sales service. However, after discussing your service plan options, I overcame my fears and purchased the unit. The decision to purchase from CopyFaxes.com came down to a basic premise: “If the large factory-owned local distributer does not inventory the products they sell, offers no start-up service or assistance, charges for after sales service at unreasonable prices why spend the extra money!”. Thank you for providing my firm a reasonable option for our office equipment upgrade. I will be recommending you to all our friends and colleagues.

I would like to take this time to thank Rob and Kevin at Copyfaxes.com for all of the great work they have done for my company in the past few months. It started back on the first day we contacted their company for an emergency purchase. They did everything they could to make us happy and provide us with what we needed. Since that day, we have never turned back. We have ventured out, to ensure our decision to have a working relationship with their company, and unfortunately, the other companies we contacted did not provide us with what we needed or within the timeframe we required. Rob, I just wanted to thank you for the support you have given us on the Sharp AR-M207. From the first call you were very professional and helpful. You beat the price of other vendors and made me feel important as a customer. We made the order and when the copier arrived you assisted by being on the phone when I needed help. You even went so far as to have a Sharp technician on the phone with us when we came to the tricky part of properly adding the developer.
